Free programs

H.A.V.E.N. University Thresholds 1 to 3, the H.A.V.E.N. Orientation and H.A.V.E.N. Live are free. There is nothing to refund.

Paid programs (when they open)

• 14-day refund. If a paid program isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as you haven’t completed more than two modules of the paid content or submitted a capstone, mock exam or oral defense.
• After 14 days, or once those limits are passed, purchases aren’t refundable, but you keep access for the full term you paid for.
• Scheduled defenses and live reviews can be moved once at no cost with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Team and enterprise licenses follow the terms in your organization’s agreement.

How to ask

Email janel@safetysenseinc.com with the email address on your account and your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
