Quantum Safety™ Observer Dashboard

Your personal learning and observation command center. Track HAVEN University™ progress, log NISOS™ observations week by week, and watch the five CRM™ pillars from your Culture Diagnostic score.

Your data lives only in this browser. Nothing is sent anywhere and there is no account. Clearing site data, using a different browser or a private window will lose it. Use Export below to keep a copy, and Import to bring it back.

Learning

HAVEN University™ progress

Eight Thresholds. Enter the modules you have completed in each, the total modules in that Threshold, and your latest mastery checkpoint score. The mastery gate is 80 percent: a Threshold shows as mastered when its checkpoint is 80 or higher.

Observer performance

NISOS™ observations per week

Log the O.B.S.E.R.V.E. observations you complete. The chart shows the last twelve weeks, Monday to Sunday. B = Broad Scan: always scan wide before you narrow.

    Culture

CRM™ pillars from your Culture Diagnostic

Enter your score for each of the five Cognitive Reliability Model™ pillars from the Safety Culture Diagnostic Checklist, as a percentage of the maximum for that pillar (0 to 100). The chart redraws as you type and the lowest pillar is flagged with the frameworks to deploy first.

    Your data

    Export, import, print

Export downloads a JSON file of everything on this page. Import reads one back (it replaces what is here). You can also paste JSON if your phone will not let you pick a file.

    How the numbers are computed

Threshold progress is modules done divided by modules total. A Threshold is mastered when its checkpoint score is 80 or higher, the HAVEN University™ mastery gate. Weekly observations are the sum of the counts you logged for dates in that Monday-to-Sunday week. The CRM™ chart plots the five pillar percentages you entered; the lowest one is flagged. This is a personal tracker, not an assessment: the dashboard does not score you, predict anything or send data anywhere.
